2. Description of Service

Sportify.live provides a live cricket scoring and streaming platform. Users can score matches, broadcast live video, purchase streaming minutes, and view cricket content.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Stream copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Platform's security
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or pricing
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Streaming Minutes & Payments

Streaming minutes are purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis. Minutes are non-refundable and expire according to the terms specified at purchase. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processors.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by Sportify.live and protected by intellectual property laws. Content created and uploaded by users remains the property of the respective users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sportify.live is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including service interruptions or data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sportify.live operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
